Description
imu is an important source of many vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, C, B12, and riboflavin (UH Botany Department). When storing fresh limu, do not rinse with fresh water and do not refrigerate it until it has been prepared. Keep the limu in a plastic bag in a cool place (for up to 5 days) to help maintain crispiness. If needed, limu may be frozen.
